The mission
GAIN RESILIENCE IN TIME.
We achieve grit by developing our physical and mental strength to improve all aspects of our lives. Through fitness, you can create a space - an outlet - for yourself to gain resilience. Not only do you become healthier but you also face challenges and accomplish goals. It helps you learn about yourself, develop routines, habits, and a competitive, tenacious work ethic that can be applied to anything else you do in life.
No matter who we are, we all face different challenges and forms of adversity throughout our lives. Life's adversity is one of our greatest assets. As soon as you learn to use these obstacles to your advantage in life, you will instantly become better, stronger, tougher, and more self-aware. You begin to develop grit, and pursue the things you love most.
Below are 10 elements from my own life and journey which serve as the pillars to building your own inner Grit.
How to get started?
Reflect.
Think about your own life and the things that you genuinely love the most - the things that truly matter to you, that make you tick, that get you super excited and motivated to go after your dreams.
Write.
Write down what comes to mind. If you have a mirror, I suggest writing them down on the border or corner, to remind yourself every day when you wake up. This is what I did, and it helped me.
Do.
Create an action plan of how to combine these passions you wrote down and make them your reality. Do what you love.
Forever.
